*Yoga at the Vineyard*
Currently teaching outdoor private sessions and small groups only. Outside, in the fresh air, overlooking the beautiful vineyard.
Through many years of practice and study of Ashtanga Yoga, Shannon has trained extensively in the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga, and thus is skilled at making the practice accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness or ability level. Shannon creatively transmits the “aim of the asana” by teaching her students how to make the practice fit his or her body and situation. Yoga is a powerful tool. Shannon provides her students with the guidelines to operate it to maximum benefit. Beginners and advanced yogis alike are able to move through the guidelines of the practice and reap the rewards of steadiness, strength, ease, and focus.
